Rob has both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in Taxation, degree. He acquired the MLT while working with the United States Justice Department Federal Bureau of Prisons, litigating before both administrative agencies and federal courts in the fields of labor, employment law and EEOC, as well as negotiating labor contracts. After receiving his MLT, Rob took a position with the Internal Revenue Service, both reviewing the tax aspects of both qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans. From there, Rob worked in the private sector with Deloitte, advising its clients regarding the plan design of employee benefit plans. Rob moved from tax law and began working as a plaintiffs’ attorney in both consumer and commercial collection litigation, primarily within the financial and banking industry. He took his significant background in collections and is currently plaintiffs’ counsel with landlord/tenant cases, and all related matters.
