Hunter serves as lender’s counsel to regional and community banks and lending institutions in connection with the origination of commercial loans, including, without limitation, real estate acquisitions, construction financing, residential subdivisions and asset-based financing. Hunter also represents real estate developers, investors and landlords in commercial and multi-family real estate projects, including a significant amount of retail leasing.

In addition, Hunter routinely works with banks and other lending institutions in foreclosures and commercial litigation. Hunter has substantial litigation experience in connection with real estate and creditors’ rights. Hunter’s creditors’ rights clients include banks, other lending institutions, homeowners and condominium associations, commercial and residential landlords, contractors and material suppliers, and various small businesses.
